3.1 Deposit Rules

Supported methods for depositing funds at wincasino are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method. You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit — transactions from another person's account are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Standard processing time is within 1 hour. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be completed.

3.3 Currency

4.1 Welcome Bonus

wincasino offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — please read the relevant terms before claiming an offer.

• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.

VIP tier attainment and progression are determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. wincasino reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games at wincasino are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined in a completely impartial and random manner. No player or third party can alter the results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited.
• Coordinating activity with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

• Any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or network outage, wincasino will resolve the situation at its own discretion. Server logs and game records will be treated as the final evidence.

If any of the following behaviours are detected, wincasino may immediately suspend or permanently close the account:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using unauthorized third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other users.

In the event of account termination where fraudulent activity is proven, the balance in the account (including bonus and winnings) may be forfeited.
